Dry - Fish Coconut Chamanthy



How to Make Dry Fish coconut Chamanthy

Ingredients

1) Dry Fish ( Parava) – 3 nos.
2) Grated Coconut – ½ cup.
3) Shallot – 3-4 nos.
4) Garlic Pod -1-2 nos.
5) Ginger- 1 small piece
6) Red chilly Powder- 2 teaspoon.
7) Curry Leaves – As required.
8) Salt – To taste

Method

Clean the dry fish and fry it in a pan using little oil and keep aside. Take the small jar of your mixi and put 2- 7 ingredients including the fried dry fish and pulse it twice and mix well. Your dry Fish Chammanthy is ready to serve with any plain rice.
