Take a big lime sized ball of the dough and shape it into a cup with your fingers. Then Put a spoon of the filling into the cups and seal it with the edge of the cup dough. Steam the kozhukkatta’s in the Idli cooker. It is usually ready in 10-12 mins. Once cooled down, serve them as a whole or cut in half.
