Chicken Chukka Fry



How to make chicken chukka fry

Ingredients

1) Chicken flesh cubed – 1 ½ cup.
2) Turmeric powder- 1 tsp.
3) Chilly powder- 1 ½ tsp.
4) Pepper powder – ½ tsp.
5) Ginger – garlic paste – 1table spoon
6) Lemon juice – ½ table spoon.
7) Food clour ( optional) 2-3 drops.
8) Salt – to taste.
9) Big onion – 1 sliced.
10) Green chilly – 3- Sliced
11) Curry leaves- As required.
12) Oil- as required.
13) Oil – As required.

Wash and clean the chicken . Cut the chicken into medium size cubes and marinate the same for 2-3 hours using ingredients from 2- 8 and cook it without water and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan . Add sliced onions and fry till it get half cooked, then add the cooked chicken pieces, green chilly and curry leaves and stir- fry till crisp and nice.
