Pineapple pudding recipe

Ingredients

1) Pineapple – 2 cups ( chopped)
2) Milk – 3 cups
3) Condensed milk- 1 ½ cup
4) China Grass (Agar/Agar) - 1 bar.
5) Sugar – 2 ½ Table spoon
6) Vanilla essence- 2 drops.

Method

Take a pan and cook the pineapple pieces with sugar on slow fire about 8- 10 minutes and keep aside. Soak the china grass in 3 table spoon of water for about 10 minutes. Then mix the condensed milk and normal milk in a saucepan and boil it, then add the soaked china grass and continuously stir the mix till china grass dissolve completely and remove from fire immediately otherwise it will thicken. Cool the mix and add vanilla essence.
Then take a pudding dish and spread the pineapple in the bottom and pour the milk mix over the pineapple pieces gradually and refrigerate for about 3 hours and pineapple pudding is ready to serve.

  2. i want to make this pudding but before that i just want to know many cans of condensed milk did you use as 1 can condensed milk is 395grams and i cannnot find any cup measurement in that. ALSO how much is your cup measurement 200ml or 250 ml?

    please use the same cup or glass, which you are going to measure the pineapple & milk.
