Protein- Fiber -Rich -Banana Pancake Recipe
You will get - 3 Medium pancakes for your breakfast
Ingredients
1) Raw Ragi seeds- 1 Table spoon
2) Whole Grain Oats – 3 Table Spoon
3) Flax seed( Roasted/ or Raw) – 1 table spoon
4) Raw Almond- 8-9 nos.( Medium Size)
When I weighed the seeds together – it came around below 100gms.
5) Baking Powder- a Pinch
6) Ripped Banana- 1 no.
7) Milk – 3 table spoon
8) Egg- 1 no( I have used one small Quail egg)
Preparation
Grind the ingredients 1-4 in a mixer and make a powder
Mash the Banana well using ur hands and mix the powder seeds in it along with egg , milk and baking powder. Combine well, do not over-mix. Keep it for 10 mints.
Method
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, and just spray olive oil. Pour 1/4-cup rounds of batter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 3 minutes. Flip with a spatula, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
If u want just pour ½ spoons of honey or maple syrup and garnish with some blueberries.
