Ingredients
1) Cooked Cherupayr/Moog Daal/Green Gram- 2 cups
2) Jaggery or Sugar – As required ( I used 3 ½ table spoon of sugar)
3) Grated Coconut – ½ cup
4) Crushed cardamom - 2-3 pods.
5) All purpose flour – ¾ - 1 cup ( make a thick batter)
6) Water- To make batter
7) Salt – 2-3 pinch
8) Oil – For frying
Method

Method
Mix well the ingredients 1-4 and make small balls out of it. Make a thick batter out of all purpose flour with little water and salt (batter should be smooth, not too thick nor too loose, and then dip the cherupayar balls in the batter and deep fry until light golden brown in medium heat .Drain the excesses oil using kitchen towels.
