Chicken Liver Fry


How to make chicken liver fry

Ingredients


1) Chicken liver – 1 packet.
2) Chilly powder – 2 teas poon.
3) Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon.
4) Crushed pepper powder – ½ table spoon.
5) Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon.
6) Curry leaves – few.
7) Salt – to taste.
8) Vinegar – ½ teaspoon
9) Oil – As required.

Method

Chop the chicken liver according to your size and wash well and drain it using a strainer. Then marinate it with 2- 5 ingredients and keep aside for about 30 minutes. Cook the marinated liver with little water in very low fame for about 6-7 minutes. Open the lid, then add enough salt & mix well it with liver then allow to vaporize the excess water in a medium heat then add oil & curry leaves again sauté until it turns light golden brown.

    Try this, its very tasty......If you try chicken liver, its either ewwwww or hum yummmmmm..........no middile grounds.Try this and let me know
