Fish Finger Recipe
Ingredients:
1) I used Nail perch fish: 500 gm, or any fish which has thick white flesh.(hamour).
2) Ginger- 1 ½ inch piece
3) garlic -3-4 nos.
4) Red chilly powder- ½ tsp.
5) Vinegar-½ teaspoon
6) Salt-as required
For the Coating:
Bread crumbs -4-5 table spoon
Egg - 1 no-lightly beaten.
Pepper powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
Salt -2pinch
Plain flour - for dusting
Oil - for frying.
Method
Clean and cut the fish into small strips of desired sizes and marinate them with ginger, garlic, salt and red chilly powder. Keep them for at least ½ an hour. Preferably in the refrigerator
In the mean time, beat the egg and keep aside , mix the bread drums with pepper powder with little salt. Take some flour in another pan.
Take a fish strip and dust it in the flour and dip it agin in beaten egg and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs mix .Repeat the processes until the fish strips are finished.
Finally Deep fry them in hot oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
