Homemade Chocolate Brownies 

































Ingredients



1 1) 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, cut into 1-Tbsp pieces.

2) 1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar.

3) 1/2 tsp salt.

4) 3 large eggs.

5) 2 tsp vanilla extract.

6) 2/3 cup (98g) all-purpose flour (scoop and level to measure).

7) 9 Tbsp (56g) unsweetened cocoa powder.

8) 3/4 cup (128g) chocolate chips.


Method of making

1) Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2) Make ready a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter with parchment paper.

3) Place butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Melt it in microwave until just melted. (Let it cool it
      is warm).

4) Powdered the granulated sugar.

5) Mix the powdered sugar and melted butter along with eggs until blended using a blender or with a
      wooden spatula.

6) Once everything blended well add all purpose flour with salt (always sieve it before use), then add 
      cocoa powder, vanilla and chocolate chips, fold all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until 
       combined well.

7) Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer.

8) Bake the same in a preheated oven just until barely set, (35 to 40 mints.)Please do check 
     occasionally, be careful not to over bake.

9) Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares (at least 40 mints).

10) Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
