Chicken Franks Roast

How to make sausage /chicken franks/hot dog Roast


1) Chicken franks- 1 packet.
2) Big Onion – 1 no. Chopped finely
3) Tomato – 1 no.Chopped
4) Kashmiri chilly powder – ½ Table spoon
5) Pepper powder – 2 teaspoon
6) Turmeric powder – 1 teas poon
7) Garam masala Powder – 1 teas poon
8) Oil – as required
9) Curry leaves – few


Boil the chicken franks in a pan of water till they become big and tender for about 6-7 minutes. Then Drain off the water and chop the sausages into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion till golden brown then add 4- 7 ingredients and sauté for few seconds then add chopped tomatoes until it turns mashy. Then add the sausage pieces and fry until it turns slightly brown.
