Vegetable noodles




How to make Vegetable noodles

Ingredients

1) Noodles – 3 packets (Any brand – I used indomie fried noodles)
2) Carrot – 1 medium ( chopped)
3) French beans – 10 nos. ( Chopped)
4) Big Onion – 1 medium( Chopped)
5) Capsicum – 1 small piece ( Chopped)
6) Green chilly – 1-2 pieces ( Chopped)
7) Garlic – 2pices ( chopped very thinly)
8) Ginger – ½” piece – ( chopped very thinly)
9) Cabbage – small piece – Chopped
10) Spring Onion – 2 pieces ( chopped)
11) Celery – 1 small piece ( chopped)
12) Soya sauce – 1 ½ table spoon
13) Chilly Sauce – 1 ½ Table spoon(I used Kimball’s Thai Chill sauce)
14) Oyster sauce – 1 table spoon. (I used Mama Sitas plain Oyster sauce- Brand - Philippine
origin.)
15) Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon.
16) Tomato sauce – ½ table spoon.

Method

Take a pan and add 6 cups of water with little salt and bring it to boiling point then put the noodles and allow cooking for about 4 minutes and drain the excess water using a strainer. Then put some normal water over the noodles and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat oil then put garlic, ginger& green chilly together and sauté only 30 seconds then immediately add chopped ginger and sauté until it becomes a translucent stage then add chopped carrot and beans and sauté for few minutes. Then add chopped cabbages and capsicum then sauté for few minutes then add Soya sauce, chilly sauce, oyster sauce and noodles and stir fry until it mix well and finally add pepper powder, celery and spring onion.
