Ingredients for making Butter Milk
1) Butter milk – 3 cups.
2) Ginger – 1 Small Piece
3) Green Chilly – 2 nos.( Small)
4) Shallots – 2nos.
5) Curry Leaves – As required.
6) Salt – To Taste
How to prepare butter milk
If you don’t have ready made butter milk, make butter milk using with curd ( add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of thick curd) beat the curd in a blender for about 20 seconds then add the water slowly and mix well.
Crush the green chilly, ginger, shallots and curry leaves together, then add this mixture to the butter milk with sufficient salt and mix well. Your butter milk is ready to serve.
