Chocolate chocolate-chips Muffins








Chocolate Muffins Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup (220 g) sugar
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
160 ml-Milk
100 gm - butter
140 ml- vegetable oil.
100 gm -semisweet chocolate chips

Method

Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius Grease muffin tray or use paper cups Beat the eggs with sugar, mix with flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.

Then add Melted butter add mix well with a spatula.

Add chocolate chips; coat them with flour before mixing into the batter.
Do not beat or over-mix – the batter will still be a little bit lumpy.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and bake 18-20 minutes for medium size muffins.
