Original Pound cake

1) Pound cake mix 1 packet - I used Betty croakers pound mix.

2) Water - 180 ml.

3) Eggs -2 nos.

Method

Preheat the oven 180 c , grease the baking dish with butter then lightly dust the flour and keep aside.

Beat cake mix ,water and eggs in a large bowl on slow speed about 30 seconds , then beat on medium speed for about 3 mints or mix the ingredients by hand using a spatula.

Transfer the mix to the baking tray and bake for about 25 -30 mints or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean .
