1) Egg white – 3 nos.
2) Chopped Onion – 1 no.
3) Green Chilly – 1 no.
4) Chopped Tomato – ½
5) Spring Onion – as required.
Lightly coat a medium nonstick pan or with cooking spray and heat the pan over medium heat.
Add the beaten egg white to the pan and pour all the chopped vegetables on it evenly, cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until set, about 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
Using a scraper lift the eggs up and cook again for few seconds. Your Dish is ready!!!
