Kerala Chicken Dry Roast


Chicken Dry Roast

Ingredients

1) Chicken breast – 650 Gms.
2) Garlic clove – 4 nos. ( Crushed)
3) Coconut pieces – 4 table spoon
4) Ginger – 1 ½ ” piece ( crushed)
5) Chilly Powder – ½ table spoon
6) Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
7) Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
8) Crushed pepper – ½ table spoon
9) Garam masala – ½ table spoon
10) Salt – to taste
11) Tomato – Medium – 2 nos.( Chopped)
12) Big Onion – 2 medium ( Chopped)
13) Oil – 2-3 table spoon.
14) Curry leaves – few

Method

Cut the chicken breasts according to your size then marinate it with 1-10 ingredients and keep aside for about 30- 45 minutes. Then cook the chicken with little water. Then heat oil in an another pan and sauté the chopped onion until it turns slight brown then add chopped tomatoes & curry leaves and sauté for few minutes then add cooked chicken in to this and fry till all the masala well coated with chicken pieces in a medium heat.
