Nadan Chicken Roast
Chicken Nadan Roast
Ingredients
1)Chicken - 750 gm
2) Shallots - 200gm
3) Red chilly powder-3/4 Table spoon
4) Turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
5) Pepper cons -3/4 table spoon
6) Cinnamon stick-5-6 nos.( 1" piece)
7) Cloves 5-6 nos.
8) Fennel seeds-2 teaspoon.
9) Vinegar-11/2 table spoon.
10) Coconut Oil - as required.
11) Water-1/2 Cup
Grind 1/2 of shallots with Ingredients 3 to 8 as a fine paste.
Cook the chicken with masala paste,required salt, required water ,vinegar and with the balance shallots (don't chop the shallots).
Once it is cooked add the oil and fry till it's done.
