Vanilla Fresh Fruit Cake Recipe
2) 1 ½ tsps. of baking powder
3) ¼ tsp of salt
4) ½ cup of unsalted butter
5) 1 cup sugar ( Make it powdered )
6) 2 large eggs
7) ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
8) ½ cup Whole milk
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Coat an 8-inch cake pan with butter and dust it with all-purpose flour.
Sift the cake flour with, baking powder & salt into a large mixing bowl.
Take a hand blender or a cake mixer to beat the ingredients.
Beat the butter little by little at a time on low speed until a coarse form, then beat the sugar a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture blend well. Then put eggs one at a time and blend well. Finally, add the vanilla and milk, and beat on medium-high power until blended well. Do not overheat.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean — 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Cut the cake horizontally in to 2 even pieces and spread whipped cream or butter foresting evenly on the cake .Decorate the side of the cake with broken nuts and frosting cream & the fresh fruits on the top according to your ideas .
