Cut the chicken franks according to your size. (If you are extra conscious about the fat contents in the chicken franks, boil the chicken franks in a pan of water till they become big and tender for about 6-7 minutes. Then Drain off the water and chop the sausages into small pieces.

In the mean time take a pan and heat oil, put garlic and ginger and sauté for few seconds , then add chopped big onion, once it became transparent add capsicum and sauté again for few seconds then add kashmiri chilly powder, garam masala and crushed pepper corns and sauté until the raw smell out, then add tomatoes and sauté until its turns mashy. Finally add the sausage pieces and cook for few minutes with out water and finally slightly fry the same until the onion masala well coated with chicken franks pieces in a medium heat.
