Nadan konjju fry



Nadan Konju Fry Recipe

1) Jumbo prawns - 1/2 kg
2) Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
3) Pepper corns - 5 nos.
4) Turmeric - 1 tsp
5) Shallots - 5 nos. 
6) Garlic - 3 cloves
7) Ginger - 2 tsp
8) Salt - As required

Method

Grind  together all the ingredients ( 2-8) for preparing masala, into a paste.
Clean prawns, retain the  tail and rub the masala in to it and keep for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and place the prawns in to it and deep fry it.
